Funcionam 24h\/dia e 365 dias\/ano. Por isso, as instala\u00e7\u00f5es AVAC de um hospital devem ser muito eficientes e garantir tamb\u00e9m um excelente n\u00edvel de conforto.<\/p>\n<p>Esta premissa foi aplicada no projeto e constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Hospital de Mollet, que disponibiliza 26.000 m<sup>2<\/sup> \u00e0 aten\u00e7\u00e3o hospitalar de uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o de 150.000 habitantes nas proximidades de Barcelona, e que incorporam um teto radiante como sistema principal de transfer\u00eancia de calor com os utentes.<\/p>\n<p>Esta decis\u00e3o foi tomada tendo em considera\u00e7\u00e3o que os tetos radiantes permitem compensar os ganhos e perdas de calor a partir de um elemento terminal e decorativo como \u00e9 um teto falso, sem ru\u00eddos, reduzindo o consumo de energia e o espa\u00e7o necess\u00e1rio para instala\u00e7\u00f5es de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o, ao mesmo tempo que se simplifica a sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Neste artigo demonstra-se a metodologia de c\u00e1lculo, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o e explora\u00e7\u00e3o do teto radiante do Hospital de Mollet durante os primeiros cinco anos de funcionamento, cuja coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com os sistemas de ventila\u00e7\u00e3o e produ\u00e7\u00e3o geot\u00e9rmica mediante um sistema de regula\u00e7\u00e3o, baseado na norma EN 15232, permitiram reduzir as emiss\u00f5es de CO2 do edif\u00edcio em mais de 800 ton\/ano, e evitando cerca de 600 interven\u00e7\u00f5es do pessoal de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o nas unidades de hospitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para opera\u00e7\u00f5es de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><span class=\" fusion-imageframe imageframe-none imageframe-1 hover-type-none\"><img width=\"1100\" image_height=\"619\" image_id=\"1634\" alt=\"teto radiante hospital mollet\" title=\"teto-radiante-hospital-mollet-16\" src=\"https:\/\/climatizacaoradiante.pt\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/teto-radiante-hospital-mollet-16.png\" class=\"img-responsive wp-image-1634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/climatizacaoradiante.pt\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/teto-radiante-hospital-mollet-16-200x113.png 200w, https:\/\/climatizacaoradiante.pt\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/teto-radiante-hospital-mollet-16-400x225.png 400w, https:\/\/climatizacaoradiante.pt\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/teto-radiante-hospital-mollet-16-600x338.png 600w, https:\/\/climatizacaoradiante.pt\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/teto-radiante-hospital-mollet-16-800x450.png 800w, https:\/\/climatizacaoradiante.pt\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/teto-radiante-hospital-mollet-16.png 1100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1100px\" \/><\/span><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Hospital de Mollet\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:30px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:31px;\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;line-height:30px;\"><strong>Arquitetura<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>O Hospital de Mollet foi projetado em 2005 pelo gabinete de arquitetura Corea &amp; Moran, que concebeu um hospital horizontal de 26.000 m<sup>2<\/sup> divididos por cinco pisos. O edif\u00edcio \u00e9 composto por duas grandes zonas de passagem retangulares para a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de visitantes e residentes, unidas por cinco edif\u00edcios que albergam, entre outras, as \u00e1reas funcionais de hospitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, cirurgia, urg\u00eancias, imagiologia e hemodi\u00e1lise.<\/p>\n<p>Desde a fase inicial do projeto, os arquitetos tinham muito claro que pretendiam projetar um edif\u00edcio que contribu\u00edsse para o tratamento dos pacientes e, simultaneamente, fosse amigo do ambiente, o que os levou a procurar solu\u00e7\u00f5es sustent\u00e1veis: a luz natural, coberturas verdes e aquecimento atrav\u00e9s de tetos radiantes; tr\u00eas aspetos que contribuem significativamente para o conforto dos utentes melhorando a qualidade da sua estadia no hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Com um investimento de 66 milh\u00f5es de euros, o Hospital de Mollet come\u00e7ou a ser constru\u00eddo em 2008 e iniciou a sua atividade em 2010. Estas \u00faltimas podem trabalhar em modo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor ou atrav\u00e9s dos furos geot\u00e9rmicos, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades do edif\u00edcio e da capacidade dos fusion-text-8\"><p>Os tr\u00eas sistemas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia t\u00e9rmica trabalham para um coletor principal, a partir do qual diversas bombas de circuitos secund\u00e1rios alimentam as unidades de tratamento de ar, a 4 tubos, e o sistema de teto radiante a 2 tubos.<\/p>\n<p>O teto radiante trabalha a temperaturas diferentes das de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo que existe um controlo de temperatura da \u00e1gua de impuls\u00e3o e um <em>change-over <\/em>autom\u00e1tico inverno\/ver\u00e3o (4T-2T), de modo a que cada circuito de teto radiante possa alterar o seu estado de funcionamento segundo as necessidades t\u00e9rmicas em cada momento.<\/p>\n<p>As unidades de tratamento de ar introduzem nos locais ar de renova\u00e7\u00e3o tratado termicamente e desumidificado, com Os circuitos de cada quarto s\u00e3o ligados a coletores de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o localizados em zonas acess\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>Os coletores de teto radiante s\u00e3o agrupados estrategicamente em circuitos independentes de carater\u00edsticas similares, que alimentam locais com a mesma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o solar. Disp\u00f5em de encravamento eletromec\u00e2nico para assegurar que apenas se ligam ao circuito de \u00e1gua fria ou ao de \u00e1gua quente. Nunca aos dois em simult\u00e2neo.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e1lvula de 3 vias para o controlo de temperatura da \u00e1gua. Esta v\u00e1lvula abre ou fecha o by-pass para manter a temperatura de impuls\u00e3o sob controlo.<\/li>\n<li>Bomba circuladora. A mudan\u00e7a de esta\u00e7\u00e3o d\u00e1-se quando os valores MAX e MIN superam os limites de funcionamento:<\/p>\n<p>De INVERNO e VER\u00c3O:<\/p>\n<p>Quando a temperatura ambiente mais baixa (TMIN) \u00e9 inferior \u00e0 temperatura de mudan\u00e7a (TC-INV) e a temperatura ambiente mais alta (TMAX) \u00e9 inferior \u00e0 temperatura de mudan\u00e7a (TC-VER), a sub-central permanece em modo INVERNO. (1). Esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, mant\u00e9m-se inclusivamente se TMAX e TMIN se encontram entre limites (2) ou fora deles (3). Unicamente quando TMIN \u00e9 superior TC-INV e TMAX \u00e9 superior a TC-VER, a sub-central muda para o modo VER\u00c3O (5).<\/p>\n<p>De VER\u00c3O a INVERNO:<\/p>\n<p>Ao arrefecer as depend\u00eancias, mant\u00e9m-se o modo em (5) e (6), e altera para modo INVERNO quando TMIN \u00e9 inferior a TC-INV e TMAX \u00e9 inferior a TC-VER.<\/p>\n<\/div><div com as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es indicadas na EN-15232.<\/p>\n<p>A temperatura da \u00e1gua no inverno \u00e9 calculada com base na temperatura mais desfavor\u00e1vel (a do local com temperatura mais baixa, Tint MIN) e de acordo com uma curva proporcional:<\/p>\n<p>Se Tint MIN \u00e9 inferior ou igual a 20\u00baC, a temperatura de impuls\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de 40\u00baC<\/p>\n<p>Se Tint MIN \u00e9 superior ou igual a 25\u00baC, a temperatura de impuls\u00e3o ser\u00e1 de 25\u00baC<\/p>\n<p>Para valores interm\u00e9dios estabelece-se o crit\u00e9rio de proporcionalidade.<\/p>\n<p>A partir desta defini\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 o local com temperatura inferior o que determina a pot\u00eancia do sistema. Quando todos os locais se encontram a temperaturas pr\u00f3ximas de 21\u00baC, reduz-se a temperatura de impuls\u00e3o, as perdas de calor no transporte e as oscila\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica no interior.<\/p>\n<p>No ver\u00e3o, a temperatura da \u00e1gua oscila entre 15 e 19\u00baC e estabelece-se mediante o seguinte crit\u00e9rio:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">T CALCULADA = Tdewpoint MAX + FS<\/p>\n<p>Ou seja, o local com a temperatura de condensa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima \u00e9 o que estabelece o valor da temperatura calculada. Na maioria das zonas com teto radiante, \u00e9 suficiente uma temperatura da \u00e1gua de cerca de 30\u00baC, o que permite reduzir as perdas de energia no transporte e tamb\u00e9m melhorar a efici\u00eancia dos equipamentos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A temperatura de funcionamento na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua fria tamb\u00e9m foi adaptada \u00e0s necessidades reais, passando de 7\u00baC para 10\u00baC, com consequentes melhorias na efici\u00eancia dos equipamentos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O sistema de gest\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica centralizada permitiu estabelecer melhores hor\u00e1rios de funcionamento, melhorar a operacionalidade e aplicar as indica\u00e7\u00f5es da EN-15232 relativas ao c\u00e1lculo das temperaturas de funcionamento em refer\u00eancia \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es interiores.<\/p>\n<p>Todas estas medidas permitiram ajustar as necessidades, reduzir o consumo de energia e as emiss\u00f5es de CO<sub>2<\/sub> em cerca de 830 TonCO<sub>2<\/sub>\/ano, segundo relat\u00f3rios dos respons\u00e1veis pela explora\u00e7\u00e3o do edif\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>Isto significa que o consumo de energia no Hospital de Mollet \u00e9 cerca de 305 kWh\/m<sup>2<\/sup>, 23% inferior \u00e0 m\u00e9dia em Espanha (418 kW\/hm<sup>2<\/sup> de acordo com informa\u00e7\u00e3o disponibilizada pelo CATSALUT), com uma economia anual pr\u00f3xima dos 200.000\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Ao mesmo tempo, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de unidades terminais tipo fan-coil pelo teto radiante evitou a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 600 opera\u00e7\u00f5es de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o relacionadas com a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de filtros. Esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o traduz-se numa economia direta de cerca de 10.000\u20ac\/ano, mas tamb\u00e9m uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de incid\u00eancias por interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de
